Anxiety is a term that gets thrown around a lot in today’s culture. It relates to symptoms primarily associated with worrying, but the severity of these symptoms can range widely.
I am here to help uncover the roots of your anxiety symptoms (which can include stomach aches, headaches, panic attacks and fatigue) and find ways to reduce the frequency and intensity of your anxious feelings.

Long lasting, low-grade depression can reside in highly functional individuals who have come to accept an existence that is somewhat numbed and filled with “things to do.”
Whatever you have identified as your symptoms of depression (i.e. chronic melancholy, an inability to experience highs or lows, feelings of emptiness, a desire to sleep the day away), we can address these issues together and work toward increased feelings of contentment and joy.
How many of us were not affected at some point in our past by negative input about aspects of who we are? It is important and life-changing to learn how to take power away from unhelpful inner voices that work against us reaching our potential.
Self-esteem is something a majority of people have to work at consciously and continually. It is essential that we put effort into recognizing our unique assets.
